RETURNS & REFUNDS


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange the merchandise within 30 days of receipt.  In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unused with packaging and labels intact. All goods will be inspected on return.

When socks are returned or exchanged, the shipping costs involved are the customer’s responsibility.
As soon as we receive and inspect the items we will issue a full refund, excluding original delivery charge. In case of exchange, we will ship the new socks the soonest possible. Shipping costs will be charged. We do not take any responsibility in case a return shipment is lost.

In case you choose to return or exchange your socks, contact us, provide us with your order number and let us know that you wish to return or exchange your socks.  You also need to state the reason for the return or exchange.  Upon receiving your request we will contact you in order to provide you with proper instructions regarding your return shipment.  If you do not contact us prior to a return shipment we do not guarantee that you will receive a refund or that your socks will be exchanged.

Within your returned parcel please include your order number, whether you are requesting a refund or exchange and the reason for your request.  This will enable us to process your request faster.

Refunds will be made to the credit card you used to pay for the original order. You will receive an email from the ISC Customer Services, once the refund has been processed.

In the event of receiving faulty or damaged goods that are clearly our fault, you will be fully compensated regarding the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs. If custom duties apply, you will also be reimbursed or your socks will be exchanged. Return shipping costs and costs of new shipment will be our responsibility

In case of damaged or faulty goods please let us know within 5 days of receipt through by contacting Customer Service. Claims will not be accepted after this period.

Your order will be dispatched within four working days from the date of confirmation of your order.

In cases that dispatch may take longer, we will inform you through an email.

Orders are most commonly dispatched from our warehouse in Italy or Greece.

We ship all orders via airmail by using the services of the Italian or the Greek Post.

During holiday seasons some packages may take longer to arrive due to workload of postal service companies.
